Hi

having read the article in the Telegraph i was inspired to checkyou out - am very interested in joining in but live in the North. Your courses seem to be southern based or have i missed something? I would love to come to a weekend or attend classes but this is not pactical given the distances, have you ever considered coming up north? Is there a way I can learn your techniques without attending a course?

look fwd to hearing from you

Re: Distance bewteen us?
Hello! Thank you so much for your enthusiasm - quite simply we are planning on reducing the distance between us! And myself and my team are really looking forward to it!

This autumn we have spa breaks planned in Leicestershire, Bedfordshire and Hampshire and we are busy putting together the schedule for 2010 now! This will include 10 - 14 regional spa breaks where we will be coming to hopefully somewhere near you. Currently amongst others, for our Spa breaks we are confirming - Cardiff, Yorkshire, Newcastle, Edinburgh/ St Andrews, Leicestershire, Cheshire, Hampshire, Avon and Bedfordshire. We are hoping to have these all finalised soon and we will post these up on the What's New section of this site as well as being featured in our new Calender of Events and upgraded Walkactive section of the site, which are web team are working on bring you very soon. Coming to this forum and posting your questions is one of the best ways for us to stay in touch and give you advice and help as well as signing up for our monthly free newsletter - which will always have the latest news and advice.

Please let me know where you are and we will endeavour to come to you or very near and help you to walk fit, walk firm and walk off weight!

Be active!

Re: Distance bewteen us?
Thanks for your response.
As long as you cover main cities like Edinb, Glasgow, Newcastle - you'll get me. i live near Carlisle but am happy to travel for a weekend - good excuse to get away for a pamper. Any of these would be good for me but too far to travel for regular sessions My husband has since read the article and is now also inspired to learn the techniques!

please give us the heads up so we dont miss the opportunity to book first!
