Hi
I'm just starting today! with the Drop a size in two weeks programme. My dog's really appreciated a walk early this morning, which usually never happens on a Saturday! I've not read through the whole book yet, but I've just noticed that carrots and broccoli are not on the unlimited veg and salads. Is there some reason for this, can I have them. Sorry if it's something really obvious. :-) Gwyn |
