Re: Fabulous Natio Body and skincare Pampering at our Studio
Good Morning Joanna

Thanks for inviting me to such a lovely event. My Sister & I had a great time. I have woken up with lovely skin from the NATIO rosehip facial oil....followed by a very 'pep-up' shower from my wonderful raffle prize NATIO showergel.

I have also learnt a new skill this morning, as I had to discover how to bluetooth pair my macbook & mobile to upload the photo file of my horrid feet...I had lost the download wire for the phone!

I have signed up for 4 more time trials and now my foot is back in action, I intend to do the carb curfew & steps plan again.

All in all it was a lovely night, not even ruined by the fact I got the wrong train home which stops at a station 20 mins away instead of in front of my flat! I just had to suck it up and get some extra steps in on top of the ones to and from Cambridge Heath!

I also have a request for the recipe for the spinach & smoked salmon canapes? They were lovely.
Speak soon

Sarah

PS I think I left my lovely sunflower umbrella there. I'll have to arrange to pick it up at a TT?

Hi Sarah!

Thank you for your lovely message - we are so pleased you had a lovely time - it was great wasn't it. I really enjoyed having everyone at our new studio and also the Natio products are just fabulous. The Rosehip Oil is one of my personal favourites - and I'm a real fan too - its great under your moisturiser and I find especially with being outside and walking really lifts and nourishes the skin! We've got this product and all my other personal favourites in my SHOP now as well - and dont forget as a member you get a Walkactive Club member extra 10% off any purchase! I'd laso recommend GLOW - which gives a fab brilliance to the skina s well!

Anyhow - love your feet shot - ! Thanks and as one of the first to post we'll be whizzing you a Natio Lip gloss as a special thank you!

So pleased you liked my Spinach and smoked Salmon layer! A great Carb Curfew Canape!
Its so easy - whisk 'til stiff 4 egg whites, fold in 3 of the egg yolks , season and then fold in 500 g ( frozen weight) leaf spinach - i use bagged frozen spinach already prepared and chopped - so easy!

Then pur into a swiss roll tin - lined with greaseproof paper and bake for about 12 minutes on 180 degrees.

Allow to cool. then spread thinly with low fat quark or cream cheese and then top with thin sheets of smoked salmon. Cut into 1 inch squares and garnish with lemon and freshly ground black pepper.

Yes we have your umbrella - shall we bring it to London WTT? Or maybe you are passing?

Take care and we look forward to walking with you soon! Thank you for such lovely feedback!

Hi Joanna and team,

I too had a lovely evening yesterday at your studio. So thanks again. It was great to get a makeover and try out the Natio products and make up ... I loved the great new look on my eyes! I just hope I can do such a good job myself now that I've bought the eye shadow set. I too really like GLOW which I tried out this morning. Please pass on my thanks to all the Natio consultants.
Thanks for the recipe for the spinach and salmon layer - I'll be trying that out over christmas.
I cannot make the London time trial this Sunday but I'll be booking myself in for next year so I look forward to that.

Best wishes,

Debbie

Hi Everyone

Joanna, thanks for hosting a wonderful evening. It was great to see your new studio and hear all about your exciting plans.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Natio experience and many thanks to the Natio Team. I have extremely sensitive skin but despite my trepidation, Deborah assured me the products should be fine on my skin and I'm so glad she did! The skin brightening face balm is excellent and I also used the mineral loose foundation this morning. Nice, quick and easy with great results. I also loved the hand cream in the goody bag and I can't wait to try my other goodies!

I booked the 4 for 3 on the time trials and look forward to using them in the New Year. I will be doing the Moon Walk in May 2010 so will definitely be needing the time trials to keep me on track.

Many thanks once for a lovely evening. I thoroughly enjoyed seeing all of the Joanna Hall Team and catching up with fellow walkers!

Best wishes

Mary xxx

(sorry my feet have not come up - I thought that happened when you logged in)

Thanks Joanna! Can't wait for a fab lipgloss.

I also bought the Glow as well. I am a fan of Clarins Beauty Flash Balm, and this is just as good (but smells better) and is half the price! I did get some comments at work on my complexion so it must work.

I won't make the TT this weekend as I have a party to go to tomorrow night. I will start in the new year and pick up my brolly then. I doubt I'll be passing the studio before Christmas now.

See you in Jan!

Sarah

Hi Alison

many congratulations on completing your first Walk Time Trial!! I hope you really enjoyed and both you and Cynthia did a great job - I hope you found myself and my Teams advice and support helpful. Our next London Walk TT is on Jan 3 rd!
I just realised I had not got back to you withmy pea guacamole recipe.
Agai. It's dead easy - just need a good blender as this gives the ultra smooth consistency and the following ingredients- you can vary them relative amounts to taste but this I'd my combination:
300 g frozen peas thawed.
4 spring onions peeled and washed.
2 fresh garlic cloves
I/2 tablespoon Mayo - I used low fat.
1 tablespoon natural bio yoghurt - good quality is essential as this gives creamy texture
Tabasco to taste

put all ingredients in a blender except Tabasco - blend until smooth and then add Tabasco to taste. I find a liquidiser blender far better and I put it on high setting - I did try at first with a magi mix blender but this gave a coarser te ture without such a flavour burst - so personally I prefer the smooth blender approach!
We served it with (at our studio event) yellow and orange peppers& carrot sticks.

Hope you enjoyed!
Take care and we look forward to walking with you soon!

Thanks for the recipe for the pea guacamole...that was delish too.

(Cynthia the spinach recipe is in Joanna's other rely above as I had asked for it too!)

I'm going to make both over Christmas for my guests.

It has been 1 week of using the rosehip oil and my skin is so soft.

Sarah

PS I've got the Jan TT in my diary!
