Walk Time Trials London
Price: £15.00 Member Price: £10.00 & VIP Price: £7.50 Once a month we hold a timed 7 km walk in Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. Run in conjunction with the Royal Parks, my Walkactive trainers will guide you through this very special walk. Meeting in Hyde Park at The Lido Cafe and walking off the beaten track from the well trodden outer paths of the area, not only do you get a great workout but it's also a really interesting and beautiful route. There to provide you with expert tips and advice so you can get more from your walking and improve your time, my trainers will walk with you, motivating you throughout the walk and helping you to set a good walking time. It's a great way to get feedback on your technique and increase your walking pace so you can walk fit, walk firm and walk off weight. Dates:
