Price: £15.00 Member Price: £10.00 & VIP Price: £7.50 Starting this April we will be launching our Summer Series of evening Walk Time Trials. Take advantage of the lighter evenings in the summer months as my Walkactive trainers will guide you through this very special walk and help you master our unique and highly effective Walkactive technique. Meeting at The Maples Restaurant, Westonbirt Arboretum and walking off the beaten track from the well trodden outer paths of the area, not only do you get a great workout but it's also a really interesting and beautiful route. There to provide you with expert tips and advice so you can get more from your walking and improve your time, my trainers will walk with you, motivating you throughout the walk and helping you to set a good walking time. It's a great way to get feedback on your technique and increase your walking pace so you can walk fit, walk firm and walk off weight. DATES: Monday 8th July @ 6.30pm If you cannot attend or wish to change the date of the Walk Time Trial you have purchased, please ensure that you give us 48 hours notice from the event date otherwise payment will not be refunded.
