This 2 week course is ideal for those of you who have a special occasion to prepare for and need to lose weight, get firm and become toned in a short period of time. This 14 day course teaches you how to get visible results from walking with the correct technique by guiding you through an intense Walk Off Weight programme, developed specifically to generate quick results. With three practical 60 minute sessions a week for two weeks, and two 7km Walk Time Trials at the start and end of the programme, you can improve your posture, find your own personal optimum walking pace™ and get the great results you want. The course is suitable for new and experienced walkers and is very focused, dedicated to help you to drop a dress size in 2 weeks flat.
