Sometimes, it's helpful to do things by the book! Just having a guide in your bag, by your desk, or the last thing you read before bed can make the difference between staying on track with a programme or not.
I know how important it can be to have a physical reference that guides you on your journey whether it's to weight loss, building fitness and stamina or managing your weight, so I have written a total of 14 books to help you - whatever your goal.
