Sometimes, it's helpful to do things by the book! Just having a guide in your bag, by your desk, or the last thing you read before bed can make the difference between staying on track with a programme or not.
I know how important it can be to have a physical reference that guides you on your journey whether it's to weight loss, building fitness and stamina or managing your weight, so I have written a total of 14 books to help you - whatever your goal. Every book is based on my work with clients so I know that these tried and tested programmes really work!
You'll find books to help with diet, including nutritional recipes as well as tips to help lose weight, some of which focus on movement and various forms of exercise, others which combine both and those which allow you to track your progress daily with sections to fill in your activity and other details. Every individual has different needs and goals and I hope to have something for everyone, no matter what those are, whether you're new to this or more advanced.
