Walkactive™ Pace & Abs
Joanna has created this course to cater for individuals who wish to build on their Walkactive™ pace & distance. Designed as a progression on from a Walk off Weight & Walk Fit Course and focusing on cardiovascular endurance & toning, this course will specifically address improving your Walkactive™ technique while building on cardiovascular stamina, fluidity of movement and perfecting posture, through inclines and interval work. The course progressively works on consolidating the Basic Walkactive™ Technique, introducing the Advanced Technique and includes a specific abdominal tummy toning section in each session. This course will help you to get the very best from your body, whittling your waistline and streamlining your thighs and midriff area.
Who it's for:
Specifically designed for those who have attended our Walk Time Trials, Walkactive Spa Breaks or any of our Walkactive Courses or Bespoke Sessions and have an understanding and some practical experience of Joanna’s Walkactive technique. Knowledge and experience of the Walkactive technique is necessary. A must for anyone serious about getting results from their walking.

Who it's for:
Suitable for individuals wanting to learn the Walkactive™ technique, get fit and learn how to build it into your everyday life. The progressive nature of this course makes it suitable for new comers as well as those seeking fitness challenges. A must for anyone doing a charity walking event.

Walk Off Weight Intense:
A no messing – let’s do it intensive 14 day course – designed to get results fast. Fantastic to help you master & embed the Walkactive™ technique while enjoying major fitness and shape change benefits in super fast time. Perfect for getting in shape when time is short and needs must! This course starts and ends with a 7 km distance walk, with 6 progressive training sessions inbetween - all designed to help you get into shape. With clients regularly improving their walking pace by 4 minutes and taking up to 4 inches off and dropping 8 pounds in just 14 days, we like to think of this course as our mini bootcamp, but delivered in our trademark enjoyable, effective and educational way.
Who it's for:
Wanting results and wanting them fast? – this is for you! Perfect for those new to Walkactive™ but with some base level of fitness as well as individuals already familiar with Walkactive™ and seeking a new challenge. Great training accompaniment for charity distance walkers. Improvements are measured in walking time and body measurements.

Walk Firm
Firm, tone, streamline and move fabulously with perfect posture – this just about sums up Joanna’s brand new Walk Firm course. Combining posture improving mobility exercises, fat burning cardio with thigh firming, waist whittling and bum perfecting toning exercises, this course will compliment anybody and works wonders for desk bound & perfect posture sabotaging lifestyles. Each class starts with technique focused warm ups to emphasis correct postural alignment and good Walkactive™ practice. Incorporating postural toning work with benches and own body weight, distances for CV benefits and incline work for thigh lengthening and technique improvements, this course is fast paced, focused & fun!
Who it's for:
An introduction to Walkactive™ is preferential, but definitely not essential as while the Walkactive™ technique is fundamental to the results you achieve, less time is spent on this course teaching and delivering the technique with our specific educational drills as provided in our Walk Fit and Walk off Weight Courses.

Walkactive Yoga Stretch:
Following the popularity of our yoga inspired sessions at Joanna's Training Camp - Joanna is delighted to bring you this brand new course. Combining the very best of both worlds for your body to look better, feel better and move better! 35 minutes of complete cardio challenging Walkactive combined with 25 minutes yoga based stretch, balance and posture work. It's the perfect course for stamina building fitness improvements using Joanna's highly effective body streamlining Walkactive technique together with gentle flowing yoga sequences modified to suit all levels and abilities for total body posture, mobility, flexibility and tone benefits.
Who it's for:
Suitable for everyone this class gives time for those newer to Walkactive or Yoga stretch style exercises as well as being able to challenge and stimulate our regular Walkactivers. For your enjoyment and optimising results we like to recommend attendance on one of our previous events to help you get the most from our courses, so do please look at our Walk Time Trials, One Day Workshop series and residential Spa Breaks or Camps. One on One or small group Bespoke sessions prior to starting a course can be a great way to individually introduce you to Joanna's Intelligent Exercise System & body transforming Walkactive technique.
