Autumn and New Year Walking Courses

We have our final Walk Off Weight course for 2009 starting on November 21st and running for 4 weeks until December 12th.
My walking courses are always very popular for people wanting to focus on their weight management and body shape change for a specific period of time, enough to help change lifestyle habits and give you the technique and impetus to carry on walking as a way to stay in shape. One of my trainers, Karen and I will be running the courses which take place every Saturday morning and Wednesday evenings in London Bridge. Rachel Stevens is currently taking part in our October course along with 10 other people and between them we are already seeing weight loss and shape change, just over half way through!
